The Pro-Am package for amateurs includes:

• Five or seven-nights B&B accommodation at Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa
• Three Pro-Am rounds (Old Course, Millennium, Pinhal)
• Official practice round (one practice round)
• Transfers (Faro airport to/from hotel – transfers to/from golf courses)
• Golf balls for practice
• Shared buggies for all Pro-Am rounds
• On-course refreshments and snacks for the official practice day and three Pro-Am rounds
• Welcome pack with gifts
• Welcome reception at Pinhal Clubhouse (10th Feb)
• Dinner & Party at Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa (12th Feb)
• Farewell Dinner and prize-giving at Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa  (13th Feb)
• Player’s liability and bodily injury insurance on the golf courses
• Taxes

Not included in any package:

• Flights
• Extras at the hotel and its facilities

Professionals:

• PGA professionals do not pay any package fee in a team of 3 amateurs.
• The accommodation for professionals is complimentary sharing twin room with one paying amateur. If professional wishes to stay in single room, a supplement price applies.
• No extras covered.

Non-Golfers:

• Accompanying persons of amateurs and professionals are subject to the following fees:
  • Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa:
    • 5-nights package: €995
    • 7-nights package: €1,175

• The price includes transfers to and from the airport and participation in the 3 social events. No green fee services are covered for accompanying people.

Registration / Participation Policy:

• The final deadline for entries is January 31st, 2025.
• Entries will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Places are limited to 70 teams.
• A team entry is considered valid only after full payment of the amateurs’ Pro-Am package fees.
• Amateurs are required to provide their exact handicap on the entry form at the time of entry and must provide an up-to-date handicap certificate one week prior to the tournament or at the registration desk of the event. Failure to do so will result in the player playing off scratch for the duration of the tournament.
• All prize winners will be required to provide current proof of handicap before their teams are presented with their prizes.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:

• Once an entry is received, an individual payment link will be issued by Dom Pedro Investimentos Turísticos, S.A.
• A Pro-Am Tournament entry fee deposit of €100 per amateur is required to hold the booking until the 6^th September, with the final balance payable by the 11th of November.
• Failure to pay any amateur fee will result in the loss of a place within the 70 teams.
• Once payment of the Pro-Am package fees has been received, the registration of your team will be confirmed.
• For cancellations received up to the 11th of December, 50% of the respective Pro-Am package fees will be refunded.
